Q: How do I set up SMS automation?
A: Go to Settings → SMS Integration in the app for step-by-step instructions. FlashPickup supports both iOS 15+ URL schemes and iOS 16+ App Intents.
Q: Which carriers are supported?
A: FlashPickup works with major carriers including Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, and many local carriers. We support SMS formats in 8+ languages.

Q: The app isn't parsing my SMS correctly
A: Make sure you've selected the correct SMS language in Settings. FlashPickup supports English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, French, and Polish.
Q: I'm not receiving reminders
A: Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications → FlashPickup. Also ensure the package status is set to "Pending" in the app.
Q: Can't find FlashPickup in Apple Shortcuts
A: Try searching for "FlashPickup" or "Parse SMS" in the Shortcuts app. Make sure FlashPickup is installed and you've opened it at least once.
