Welcome to FlashPickup. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlashPickup mobile application ("App") and related services provided by FlashPickup ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlashPickup, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

FlashPickup is a package management application that provides the following features:

  • Parses SMS messages to extract package pickup information
  • Provides package pickup reminders
  • Organizes package tracking information
  • Integrates with Apple Shortcuts for automation
  • Offers premium features including image recognition and data export

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

FlashPickup does not require user accounts. The App operates locally on your device.

3.2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you input into the App
  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App

4. Premium Features and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Features

The following features are available free of charge:

  • Unlimited package tracking
  • SMS parsing and automation
  • Smart reminders
  • Apple Shortcuts integration

4.2 Premium Features

Premium features include:

  • Image recognition (OCR) for screenshots
  • Voice input for package entry
  • Dynamic Island support
  • Data export functionality

4.3 Subscription Terms

  • Premium subscriptions are available as quarterly ($1.99) or yearly ($4.99) plans
  • A lifetime purchase option ($9.99) is also available
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

5. Privacy and Data

  • All data is processed locally on your device
  • We do not collect or store personal information on external servers
  • SMS content is processed locally and not transmitted

6. Intellectual Property

FlashPickup and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FlashPickup to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While we work to ensure accurate SMS parsing, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should verify important package information independently.

8.3 Third-Party Services

FlashPickup integrates with third-party services (Apple Shortcuts, carrier SMS systems). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • FlashPickup is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features
  • We are not responsible for missed packages or storage fees

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of FlashPickup or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FlashPickup at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FlashPickup is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
